Shipping time

Packages are generally shipped Monday to Friday by TNT and Colissimo within two days. Orders are shipped after full payment has been received.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage.

We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping charges apply to each order.

The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Shipment tracking

All orders are tracked via email to inform you of the delivery status of your order.

Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.
